What every paper adds up to for one job family in one region. Each cell is computed from published signals with its weights shown, so you can recompute it yourself.

Job postings, daily

Every other source on this page moves quarterly, and the fastest of them appears more than seven weeks after its period closes. This series is daily, which makes it the only figure here that can say anything about a quarter still running.

Source: Indeed Hiring Lab job postings index, seasonally adjusted, CC BY 4.0. It counts postings on one job board rather than vacancies in the market, and it is a company's product rather than an official statistic. So it carries the lowest weight in the cells below, and it speaks only about the whole economy: the source publishes no sector split for the Netherlands.

0 of 12 job families can be scored for France. The other 12 stay empty because nothing has been published about them yet. That is the honest state, not a bug.

How this is computed

Every paper contributes signals: one measured claim about a job family in a region, over a reference period, from a source. A cell is the weighted total of those signals. Evidence counts for more when the source is easier to check, the measurement is more recent, and the figure was taken on this market rather than borrowed from a wider one.

When the evidence points both ways, it is not averaged. The cell reads divergent and shows both readings.
