Billing and terms
- All prices in euros, excluding VAT.
- Monthly billing by SEPA direct debit or credit card. Cancel at any time from your account, no notice period.
- Annual billing gives a 15% discount on Associate, Pro and Agency tiers. The discount is applied at sign-up.
- The Enterprise tier is contract-only with a 12-month minimum term. Pricing is per seat with volume discounts above 25 seats.
- Tier upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What every tier includes
- Read access to the full program catalogue and every public entry in your account language.
- Practice mode on every exercise (self-scored). Assessment mode unlocks at the Pro tier.
- Public REST API access. Associate and Pro are rate-limited at 60 requests per minute; Agency and Enterprise have no rate limit.
- Email support on business days with first-response within one working day.
For agencies and in-house teams
Seat-based pricing from five consultants up. Includes team dashboards, per-recruiter scoring against IPMERC and WRIOC, SSO via SAML or Google Workspace, custom programs authored alongside our team, and a named contact for onboarding and rollout.
