Are these prices including VAT?
No. Every price on this page is in euros and excludes VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the rate for your country.
How do I pay?
By SEPA direct debit or credit card. Enterprise contracts can be invoiced instead.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account, with no notice period. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
What does annual billing change?
You pay for twelve months up front and the rate drops by 15%. The discount is applied at sign-up.
What happens when I change plan?
Upgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
How does Enterprise per-seat pricing work?
Each user on the Enterprise plan is one seat at € 30 per month, the account owner included. Pick the number of seats at sign-up and add or remove seats from your team page at any time; a changed amount applies from the next renewal.

Enterprise gives every seat team dashboards, per-recruiter scoring, SSO, custom programs, and the CRM with the training built in. A named contact handles onboarding.
