Terms

Last updated: 30 August 2026. These terms apply to the use of ipmerc.com and the IPMERC platform. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. Accounts Accounts are personal. Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us if you suspect misuse; you are responsible for activity under your account. Applications are reviewed by hand and we may refuse or close an account. Use of the platform Use the platform for its intended purpose: training, knowledge and related tooling for your organisation. Do not share access outside your licence, do not scrape or resell content, and do not upload unlawful material or disrupt the service. Content and ownership The platform, its content and its training material remain the property of IPMERC or its licensors. You receive a non-transferable licence to use them for as long as your subscription runs. Data you enter remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service. Your employer's logo If you create an account with an email address on your employer's domain, we ask, as an optional question, whether we may show that employer's logo on ipmerc.com as a place where the platform is used. The question is off unless you tick it, and you can withdraw the permission at any time in your account settings. Your answer is your own; it does not commit your employer to anything, so we ask the organisation itself before a logo is published and we take a logo down at your request or at theirs. A logo says only that people at that organisation use IPMERC. We do not use it to suggest a partnership, an endorsement or a client relationship that has not been agreed, and every trademark stays with its owner. Payment Paid plans are invoiced as agreed at signup. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. If an invoice remains unpaid after a reminder, we may suspend access. Availability and changes We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces the service, you may cancel. Liability The platform provides training and reference material, not advice for a specific case. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Termination You can stop at the end of your term. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination your access ends and personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy. Privacy The privacy policy on this site is part of these terms. Governing law Dutch law applies. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. Changes We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
